Production process
All orders are dispatched from Vilnius within 5-10 working days after payment. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number.
KRISTINA SVIDERSKAITE values and cares about every client. We make everything to order so that you have high quality handmade products. It usually takes about 3 to 10 working days.*

Shipping in Lithuania
In Lithuania, we ship via DPD, Omniva or LP Express parcel terminals. Delivery time: 1-4 working days. Shipping costs €2.6
Sending abroad
Standard worldwide delivery by FedEx, delivery time: 2-10 working days. Delivery price – 10 eur for 1 piece.

Returns
The cost of sending the return must be borne by the customer. We do not accept responsibility for items lost on return, so we recommend that you keep the delivery note with the tracking number.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after you have received your parcel. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unworn, unwashed or otherwise undamaged and in the same condition and condition as when you received it. Returned goods that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
Changes

Refunds
Once we have received and accepted the return, all amounts for successfully returned items will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 10 working days.There are no refunds on original shipping charges.
